Powell & Partners Architects is a full service architectural firm, based in Oakland, CA. Powell & Partners was founded in 1992 with an office of three in San Francisco and has since grown to a staff of twenty, with an additional office in Oakland, which opened in 1997. Powell & Partners has prided itself on securing staff of varying experience; from the novice, who brings with them new and fresh ideas to the veteran professional, who has the knowledge to move projects through to completion.
We are particularly qualified at putting our skills and talent to work in producing commercial/office, residential, educational, community and religious facilities that support and stimulate the production and growth of a community as well as produce an environment that promotes creativity, and is an exciting place to experience.
Powell & Partners Architects has the necessary experience required to complete the management, design and construction documents for new buildings and renovation for potential reuse of existing buildings. In each of our projects we have been able to manage complete design solutions that met and exceeded our client's requirements. Significant repeat work from the same clients demonstrates our success.
Whether involved in the design of new buildings or renovation of existing buildings, experience and knowledge of developing contract documents is required.
